Building on the success of the GeoproHYDRA™ , the GeoMOLE™ static reamer shoe brings all but one of its advantages, which is hydraulic actuation, to casing, liner or completion string deployment with surface rotation.
All GeoMOLE™ static shoe systems use TCIs to reduce torque and come with the highest density of carbide on any reamer in the industry to date with as many as 350 cutters on larger OD tools. The result is seamless transmission of string torque to the cutting elements with lower frictional losses (torque).
GeoMOLE™ systems come as drillable (aluminum, composite or bronze-copper alloy) or non-drillable with a steel nose. Cutters are available on bronze-copper and steel nose systems.
Completed ready to ship GeoMOLE™ systems for 9⅝ and 13⅜ inch casing with integral single float valves.
GeoMOLE™ BicentriX systems are static reamer shoes systems designed for close tolerance wellbores with up to 1" additional hole enlargement. The BicentriX systems are able to mimic the hole enlargement to successfully ream the under-reamed hole. This is a first in the industry.
